Estate Fire Insurance Scheme

The IGI ESTATE FIRE INSURANCE SCHEME (EFIS) is a policy that provides cover against fire, lighting, flood and allied perils for houses within a particular estate. EFIS also gives the policy holder the option of fire cover on contents of the buildings.

For Whom?
EFIS is designed for all Estate Management Companies, Property Developers, Building Companies and House Owners/Occupiers in housing estates.

• Offers special Risk Management advice.
  

Limit of Cover
The Scheme provides cover against fire for houses in an estate with value of up to N40 million.

Note:Buildings above N40 million will be subject to special considerations.
