HRM Alhaji Ahmed Nuhu Bamali, CFR
Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli CFR (born 8 June 1966) is a Nigerian lawyer, banker, and diplomat. He previously served as the Nigerian ambassador to Thailand with concurrent accreditation to Myanmar. Currently, he holds the position of the 19th Fulani Emir of Zazzau, a traditional state in Nigeria with its headquarters in Zaria, Kaduna State.
Prior to his current roles, Bamalli worked for the Metropolitan Management Agency and then served as the head of human resources at Mtel, the mobile communication arm of the former Nigerian Telecommunications Limited. He also gained experience in the banking sector and held positions as an executive director and acting managing director of the Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Company Limited. Additionally, in 2015, he was a permanent commissioner in the Kaduna State Independent Electoral Commission, and he now serves as the chairman of the Board of Directors at Industrial and General Insurance Plc.
